Under this contract, Amantya will spearhead the development of a Unified Enterprise Platform for the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), focusing on the modernization of its Unified Portal and the implementation of the New Telecommunication Act 2023. ~ Under the multi-year contract, Amantya will deploy a dedicated team of highly skilled IT and telecom professionals to develop a next-generation Unified Enterprise Platform for the eTelecom Transformation Centre (eTT), created for the specific purpose for the Development of DOT’s Unified Portal and Digital by Design Implementation of the New Telecommunication Act 2023, as an Independent Business Vertical (IBV) within the Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT).


New Delhi: Amantya Technologies, a leading product engineering and system integration company specializing in providing advanced wireless (4G, 5G), AI/ML, cloud and digital solutions, has been awarded a prestigious contract by the eTelecom Transformation Centre (eTT), an Independent Business Vertical (IBV) of the Centre for Development of Telematics (CDOT). The project involves the development, operations, and maintenance of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) ‘s Unified Portal and the Digital by Design implementation of the New Telecommunication Act 2023 in alignment with the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s vision to modernize and digitalize the telecom infrastructure.

Under the contract, Amantya will play a pivotal role in enhancing and unifying the various DoT portals, aligning it with the latest digital standards mandated by the New Telecommunication Act 2023. This transformative initiative will significantly improve operational efficiency, provide a seamless user experience, and optimize the entire lifecycle management process for telecom licenses and related activities.

Dr. Neeraj Mittal, Telecom Secretary, stated “Our goal is to modernize telecom licensing operations with a Unified Portal built using cutting-edge technologies. This initiative will enhance efficiency in licensee lifecycle management while aligning with the forward-looking provisions of the New Telecommunication Act 2023 to ensure ease of doing business.”

Shri Niraj Verma, Administrator of the Universal Service Obligation Fund, emphasized “The Unified Portal will integrate multiple systems into a single, user-friendly platform. This is a major step toward executing the Digital by Design strategy required by the new Act.”

Amantya’s comprehensive approach to this project involves deploying resources skilled in IT system development, digital transformation, cloud management, data analytics, and telecom services.
