Disclaimer

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

The information, research, analysis, rankings, assessments, tools, calculators, reports, directories, recommendations, publications, and other materials provided by TeckNexus LLC (“TeckNexus”) are intended for general informational, research, and business decision-support purposes. Your use of TeckNexus.com and related Services is subject to this Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions.

1. Informational and Decision-Support Purposes Only

TeckNexus materials do not constitute legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, engineering, cybersecurity, safety, regulatory, procurement, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. They are not a substitute for your own due diligence or for advice from qualified professionals who understand your specific facts, systems, jurisdiction, contracts, risk tolerance, and business objectives.

2. Intelligence Tools, Assessments, and Recommendations

TeckNexus may provide assessments, selectors, AI use-case prioritizers, ROI/TCO calculators, network-planning tools, architecture tools, SLA mapping, RFP scorecards, security assessments, maturity models, benchmarking tools, guided journeys, and other automated or semi-automated decision aids. Results depend on the information you provide, the methodology and evidence available when the tool is used, and assumptions embedded in the model. Different assumptions or facts may produce different results.

A score, maturity level, recommended option, benchmark position, vendor category, architecture path, estimated ROI, TCO, savings figure, payback period, readiness rating, risk indicator, or other output is an estimate or decision-support signal, not a guarantee of performance or outcome.

3. Cybersecurity and Security Assessments

Security-related content or assessments do not constitute a penetration test, vulnerability scan, audit, certification, compliance determination, or guarantee that a network, system, device, or organization is secure. A tool may identify areas for investigation based on submitted information, but it cannot validate every control, configuration, threat, vulnerability, or operational condition. Security decisions should be reviewed by appropriately qualified security and technical professionals.

4. ROI, TCO, Financial, and Business Cases

Financial models and ROI/TCO calculations rely on assumptions, ranges, user inputs, market data, and simplified models. Actual costs, savings, revenues, operating performance, financing terms, taxes, implementation costs, vendor pricing, utilization, and business outcomes may differ materially. TeckNexus does not provide investment advice or guarantee that an investment, project, technology, vendor, or deployment will produce a stated return.

5. Research, Market Data, and Continuously Updated Intelligence

TeckNexus seeks to use reliable public, contributed, licensed, and proprietary sources, but information can be incomplete, delayed, disputed, superseded, or subject to interpretation. Markets, deployments, pricing, product capabilities, regulations, standards, and company strategies change. Continuously updated intelligence is revised as new evidence becomes available and should not be treated as a fixed or complete record of a market.

6. Vendor References, Rankings, and Comparisons

Reference to a company, vendor, operator, product, technology, standard, or service does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Rankings, shortlists, scorecards, comparison frameworks, and vendor categories reflect the scope and methodology stated for the applicable material and may not include every market participant or consideration relevant to your situation. You are responsible for conducting your own vendor and procurement diligence.

7. Sponsored, Co-Developed, Affiliate, and Commercial Content

TeckNexus may receive payment or other consideration for sponsored content, advertising, memberships, partner programs, co-developed tools, event promotion, lead-generation programs, affiliate links, or other commercial arrangements. Material relationships are disclosed where required or appropriate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, sponsorship does not give a sponsor the right to control TeckNexus independent editorial conclusions or the scoring logic of an independent or TeckNexus-controlled intelligence tool.

Affiliate or referral relationships may result in TeckNexus receiving compensation if a user takes an action through a disclosed commercial link. Such compensation does not create a warranty regarding the third-party product or service.

8. Third-Party Content, Tools, and Links

TeckNexus may link to, embed, summarize, or list third-party websites, tools, calculators, reports, products, services, videos, events, or other resources. TeckNexus does not control and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, availability, legality, terms, privacy practices, or performance. Use third-party resources at your own risk and review the provider’s terms and notices.

9. Awards

Awards are evaluated under the rules and criteria for the applicable program cycle. Entry, payment, past participation, sponsorship, advertising, membership, or another commercial relationship with TeckNexus does not guarantee finalist status or an award. Decisions may involve judgment and evidence assessment, and TeckNexus may verify information or request clarification. Award recognition is not a certification, warranty, or independent technical validation of a deployment, product, or organization.

10. No Guarantee of Business or Marketing Results

TeckNexus does not guarantee leads, sales, funding, media coverage, search ranking, website traffic, impressions, conversions, partnerships, customer acquisition, awards, or other commercial outcomes from a membership, campaign, sponsored program, publication, event, assessment, or other Service unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a specific deliverable.

11. No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECKNEXUS PROVIDES THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TeckNexus does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular use or decision.

12. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of TeckNexus information and outputs for your intended use, verifying material facts before relying on them, maintaining appropriate backups and security controls, obtaining necessary professional advice, and making your own business, technology, security, financial, legal, and procurement decisions.

13. Changes

TeckNexus may update this Disclaimer as the Services change. The version posted on the Site with the most recent “Last Updated” date applies prospectively to use of the Services.
