SecurityGen, the global security provider of telecom security solutions and services, proudly unveils its new cutting-edge 5G Cyber Security Lab. This innovative solution will empower mobile network operators to become knowledgeable about their 5G networks in order to protect them from digital threats. The lab serves as a beneficial tool for MNO teams who want to stay ahead with effective cyber defense strategies.

With the 5G Cyber-security Lab, security teams can safely and thoroughly investigate telecom technologies in a self-contained simulated environment that encompasses all of the necessary components for a 5G network.

During the launch of SecurityGen’s 5G Cyber-security lab, co-founder and CTO Dmitry Kurbatov expressed his opinion on why it was created: “The concept behind this lab is rooted in simple logic – to master something new, you must understand its intricacies. This theory holds true for 5G networks as well.”

Our telecoms security team has crafted a Lab that is not only secure but also simple and cost-effective for MNOs. This environment provides the perfect setting for these teams to evaluate, comprehend and protect their networks from 5G-related threats. As he stated: “We have designed this Lab to be focused on providing MNO security teams with a simple, cost-effective, and security-centric environment.”

Our team of R&D engineers has spent countless hours in the simulated environment to research 5G security. As a result, our brand-new 5G Cyber-security Lab is tailored for network operator groups and their security teams. The lab helps these professionals identify essential security requirements and provides them with verified methods to protect the system against any potential dangers. Our new lab simplifies an otherwise daunting task by proving its efficacy – boosting your confidence that you are safe from malicious attacks.

Kurbatov concluded, “We began with the notion of constructing a “gym” for MNO security teams to practice and improve their 5G play. Our new laboratory is the perfect atmosphere for operators to guarantee a secure and successful transition from outdated networks to 5G.”
