Small Cells World Summit 2024 promises to ‘get real’ about the future of mobile networks in two-day conference this April

SCWS is the only global meeting place for the small cells and shared infrastructure ecosystem
This year SCWS is co-located with the TowerXchange Europe Meetup in Westminster, London 22-23 April

Small Cells World Summit (SCWS), a conference run by SCF, will take place on 22-23 April in London and will focus on ‘getting real about the future,’ tackling topics including evolving service models, the implications of converged infrastructure, the technical and commercial barriers to Open RAN and the promise still there for the taking, silicon, software, and service roadmaps that are framing how we’re starting to think about 6G, and the implications of all this on regulation.

SCWS brings together MNOs, neutral hosts, private network operators, infrastructure equipment vendors, silicon vendors, policy makers, and enterprises in one place, providing a unique opportunity to share knowledge and network with industry peers.

The agenda, curated by SCF, will explore the intersection of policy, technology, and partnerships, from commercializing 5G and the roadmap to 2030 to aligning 6G evolution to real-world requirements, from digital transformation to emerging business models.

Speakers will include respected analysts, government and regulatory representatives from around the world, and industry leaders.

Sue Monahan, CEO of SCF, said: “We are really excited for SCWS 2024 and it is a perfect opportunity to co-locate for the first time with TowerXchange, an organization that shares many of our members’ interests. “As ever our agenda is focused on the here and now, tackling the real challenges our industry is facing, looking at solutions and best practice from around the world, and also discussing the opportunities in the year ahead. We go behind the hype, and tackle topics head-on to reach industry consensus and challenge perspectives.”

Registration is open for SCWS via the website https://smallcells.world/, along with the agenda and details on sponsorship opportunities. Tickets for the TowerXchange conference need to be purchased separately here.

SCF members can join a member-only plenary session on the Monday before SCWS.
