My name is Karlis Vilciņš, and I’m the Head of System Integration Business at LMT – Latvijas Mobilais Telefons.
LMT stands for Latvian Mobile Telephone, or as we often refer to it, Latvian Mobile Technology. We are the largest mobile network operator in Latvia.
Originally, we served only the local market as an MNO. However, in the last five years, we have been very actively exploring new core activities outside our traditional telecom business in the home market.
That’s why we started working with 5G private networks. This is the business I currently manage — deploying 5G private networks both within Latvia and in international export markets.
