GO Enhances Network Analytics with Expanded Elisa Polystar Partnership

GO, a leading provider of quad-play services in Malta, has deepened its partnership with Elisa Polystar, enhancing its investment in the company’s network monitoring and analytics solutions.

GO has long utilized the insights from Elisa Polystar’s OSIX monitoring platform and the KALIX Roaming Analytics portal. With this new agreement, GO will extend its use of the KALIX platform by incorporating the Network Analytics portal into its current setup.

How KALIX Network Analytics Boosts GO’s Service Performance

KALIX delivers a comprehensive, real-time 360-degree view of network operations, customer interactions, and service performance, powered by AI for advanced insights into service quality and customer experience. This enables faster issue resolution and leverages predictive analytics to identify potential problems before they impact users.

The insights provided by KALIX are accessible through user-specific portals, allowing personnel outside the core assurance team to gain valuable information. This broad access helps various stakeholders use objective data to enhance overall performance, thus democratizing data analytics and supporting GO’s digital transformation.

“KALIX has become integral to our decision-making process by providing valuable insights to our teams. The new Network Analytics portal allows more of our staff to access performance data, improving decisions and customer experience across our entire service range,” said Geoffrey Cauchi, Senior Manager – Networks at GO. “The portal enables us to proactively monitor and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers while identifying new KPIs to support our mission of creating a digital Malta where no one is left behind.”

Thomas Nilsson, Chief Product Officer for Elisa Polystar, added, “Our solutions empower customers like GO to access real-time, actionable insights. We are pleased that GO has expanded its use of our solutions, and we look forward to helping them continue delivering exceptional experiences for their leading services.”

Expanding 5G: GO’s Ongoing Investment in Network Excellence

The addition of the Network Analytics portal complements GO’s ongoing investments in its network, including the expansion of 5G coverage and service capabilities. Alongside this, GO has also extended its contract for OSIX monitoring for an additional five years. The OSIX platform supports over 400 protocols and interfaces, enabling deep insights and proactive management of network and service quality.
