Rupesh Chokshi - VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT STRATEGY & INNOVATION, AT&T

Rupesh Chokshi is a seasoned business leader focused on growth and transformation in global communications and technology. He is responsible for the Product Strategy & Innovation organization and is overseeing multiple business aspects, from defining the overall product strategy and roadmaps for AT&T Business to building out enhanced connectivity services utilizing 5G, Edge, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Networking. He also manages the development and evolution of AT&Tโ€™s technology partner ecosystem with the goal of creating additional value and new disruptive business models. Throughout his 25-year career with the company, Rupesh is known for his proven track record in launching transformative solutions at the forefront of cutting-edge technology โ€“ from concept, to reality, to scale.

In his previous role, Rupesh led the Cybersecurity and Edge Solutions team and focused on delivering SASE, Extended Detection & Response, and 5G Security capabilities to help customersโ€™ IT environments be more resilient and safer to operate. Prior to that, he was responsible for launching AT&Tโ€™s game-changing software-defined networking, network function virtualization, and SD-WAN offerings worldwide, earning prominent recognition from various industry associations and analysts, including MEF, Light Reading, Fierce Telecom, IDC, and Frost & Sullivan. Under Rupeshโ€™s leadership, AT&T rapidly grew to become the largest global SD-WAN provider.

Rupesh joined AT&T Labs in 1997 and since then has held several key leadership positions in Technology, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and IT Architecture. With his extensive multi-faceted experience, Rupesh brings a wealth of technology and strategic expertise in a variety of areas ranging from core networking to software-defined capabilities, security, mobility, and cloud. Heโ€™s a published author and has spoken at several world-renowned industry events such as Mobile World Congress, Gartner IT Symposium, Enterprise Connect, IT Roadmap, Channel Partners Forum, and Interop.

Rupesh has an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from India. He resides in Dallas, TX with his family.
