Raj Shah is the Industry Lead for Publicis Sapient’s Telecom, Media and Entertainment, and Hi-Tech (TMT) vertical in North America. In his role, Mr. Shah is responsible for working with C-level executives through the full lifecycle of their transformation agendas – from identification of value pools and ideation of new business models and services, to defining customer-first experiences, through the implementation of solutions using the latest technologies at enterprise scale. Mr. Shah brings over 25 years of experience to the table helping his clients to adopt, integrate, and transform using customer-first, digitally-enabled, and test-and-learn approaches.
