Previously an industrial design engineer and design manager at BT developing advanced concepts, product brand experience and user-centred design for fibre and mobile infrastructure, video conferencing, interactive TV, lifestyle mobiles, smart phones, software collaboration and webcasting services. Over 13 years’ experience in the public sector leading Smart Cities and digital service transformation programmes including investment in broadband, and mobile phone access to multi-modal sustainable transport journey planners and ticketing.
