Previously an industrial design engineer and design manager at BT developing advanced concepts, product brand experience and user-centred design for fibre and mobile infrastructure, video conferencing, interactive TV, lifestyle mobiles, smart phones, software collaboration and webcasting services. Over 13 yearsโ€™ experience in the public sector leading Smart Cities and digital service transformation programmes including investment in broadband, and mobile phone access to multi-modal sustainable transport journey planners and ticketing.
