Eugina Jordan

Eugina, a Russian immigrant, started her telecom career as a receptionist and is now the CMO of the industry organization Telecom Infra Project (TIP) and 2024 CMO to watch.

She was instrumental in creating the Open RAN market category and holds 12 patents on Open RAN, 5G, and AI.

Eugina regularly writes for RCR Wireless News, The Fast Mode, and others, as well as a frequent podcast guest. She is often quoted in the media, including Forbes, EE Times, TelecomTV, Fierce Wireless, and others. She has been a speaker for leading industry events, including the Mobile World Congress, AfricaCom, ConnectX, Tech Target, NetworkX, Female Quotient, and others.

Her leadership book “UNLIMITED: The 17 proven laws for success in a workplace not designed for you” was published in 2023 and won 3 awards for leadership, literary excellence, and best business book. She won the outstanding achievement “Diversity in Tech” Award by GSMA.

She has a Master’s in Teaching from Moscow & studied computer undergrad in Canada.
