Dean Rayne - Director of 5G & IOT Solution Enablement & Delivery at BT

With nearly 20 years of business and telecoms industry experience, including both globally and in the UK. Having started his career at BT as a graduate, he has held a number of senior roles across the company, including responsibility for areas such as solution, service and technical design and delivery across multiple industry sectors and verticals. Over the past decade, he has held positions including Global Director of BT’s Design Hub. He also served as VP of Cloud and Solution Architecture, where he oversaw portfolio development and integration of solutions, including migrating to cloud applications underpinned by SD-WAN / LAN for BT’s Global division and led a team of 1,300 experts based in various countries.

On the formation of BT’s Division X customer solutions selling unit, which supports BT’s strategy to be the world’s most trusted connector of people, devices and machines, Dean took up the role of Director of Solutions Enablement & Delivery for 5G Private Networks and IoT. He played a key role in forming the capability, the partner ecosystem and established a go to market strategy. He is responsible for CXO engagement and leading a team accountable for generating new growth through 5G/ IoT, Edge, AI and machine learning solutions that enable businesses to accelerate their digital transformations.
