Dr. Sheryl Ziegler, Psy. D. is the best-selling author of Mommy Burnout, the podcast host of Dr. Sheryl’s PodCouch, a regular national and local news contributor and runs a private group practice in Denver, CO. She is also a national and international presenter on topics related to stress, parenting, mental health and burnout.

Technology and mental health are intertwined in many ways, but this relationship is often fraught with tension as technology can be both a hindrance to our minds and an outlet for us. This episode discusses the different forms that these relationships take: between children of parents who find it difficult to disconnect from their phones or social media; adults struggling with anxiety, depression, or addiction – all which may manifest themselves through increased use of tech-tools such as phone apps designed specifically for those purposes; how families might use games like Roadblocks together so they’re more connected with each other.

Technology has become crucial not only to our work lives but also increasingly important in balancing out stresses related to family life – especially when used appropriately!
