With a career spanning over three decades in the mobile sector, Joe has held senior roles at Nokia, Qualcomm, and Flarion Technologies, contributing to the development and global adoption of 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. He began his career as a radio engineer in the Royal Navy and at BT before moving into mobile in 1985, building expertise across product marketing, strategy, and innovation. Joe holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Glamorgan and the CIM Advanced Diploma in Marketing.
