DGIT is also home to Inomial, the innovative revenue management and billing platform that handles subscription management and billing solutions for telecommunications carriers, digital media distributors, utilities companies and cloud service providers. Together, Telflow and Inomial can be used to seamlessly automate and effortlessly manage the complete end-to-end opportunity-to-operate journey for digital and communications services.

DGIT plays a key role in contributing to the B2B and REST API standards advanced by the TM Forum, and has been consistently recognised by TM Forum awards for its role in transforming the operations of digital and communications service providers, and for its outstanding open architecture and API design. DGIT is also a significant contributor to the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) in the area of inter-provider wholesale B2B APIs.

Originally founded in Melbourne in 2005, DGIT now has offices in Melbourne, Auckland and Denpasar – with around 100 employees across these three locations – and is represented by partners in the Asia-Pacific, the UK, North America, Africa and the Middle East. DGIT has almost 80 customers including Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications providers, digital service providers and enterprise organisations, and is rapidly expanding its customer base around the world.
